#ChickenPBChat Is Tonight!

I hope you’ll excuse me as I toot my own horn for a bit, but my debut picture book Chicken Wants a Nap will be publishing soon and to celebrate I’m hosting a #ChickenPBChat on Twitter with author-illustrator Jannie Ho!

If you’re interested in writing, illustrating, or talking about picture books — or just have a fondness for chickens* — I hope you’ll join us for this one hour chat on Twitter under the #ChickenPBChat hashtag.

*Caveat: I cannot vouch for the accuracy of any answers to questions about chickens. I’ll try my best though!

  1. I won’t lie, I thought it was chicken and peanut butter and I was curious how that would taste. In my defense, I subscribe to a ton of foodie newsletters and I haven’t had coffee yet. Looking forward to your chat.

    1. Thanks, Tina!

Chicken and peanut butter is probably how I feel about chocolate and peanut butter…excellent on their own, but together – meh. (I know I’m in the minority on the chocolate and peanut butter thing though!)

  2. I love chocolate and peanut butter! And peanut butter and chicken (when it’s done as a satay).

Love the chicken on the cover of your book, Tracy. It’s the sort of cover that would have caught my eye when my kids were younger. Enjoy your twitter chat (midnight Monday here so I’m off to bed).

    1. Hmm, I hadn’t thought about a peanut butter satay. Or perhaps a sesame peanut butter chicken – I could get on board with that!

Thank you! (And goodnight! 🙂 )
