Welcome to BookEnds, G.F. Miller

What genres do you write? Read?

I write YA, hopefully the kind that makes you laugh and cry. But this I solemnly vow: people will fall in love, and there will be a happy ending.

I read everything—YA, MG, picture books…I even venture into literary adulting on a respectably regular basis.

Do you have a writing playlist or a vision board? If so, what’s on them?

Currently on my vision board, there are lots of pictures of hairstyles in bright rainbow colors. My playlist is mainly the theme from the Star Trek reboot. (Actually, I made up that last thing. There is a very fine line between writing fiction and being a compulsive liar.)

Twitter or Instagram?  Or Facebook?  Where can we find you?

You can find me on Twitter @GFMwritesYAand on Instragram as author.g.f.miller. I confess I tend to disappear for eerily silent stretches (‘cause, you know, I’m writing books), and then post in shamefaced spurts. If that’s your jam, come visit me!

If you could meet any author, living or dead, who would you want to meet and why?

I would have an epic tea party with Jane Austen, J.K. Rowling, Astrid Lindgren, C.S. Lewis, Theodore Geisel, and Mary Berry. In fact, I’m fairly certain this is what I’ll be doing when I die and go to actual heaven.
