This Month from BookEnds Jr. … April 2018

Monthly Spotlight:

Shark-Nate-O by Tara Luebbe and Becky Cattie! (4/3) Amazon | Barnes & Noble

Fun fact: this is the first picture book sold by #TeamBookEnds and we’ve all been very excited to share it with you. Take a look:

Nate loves sharks. He reads shark books every day, watches sharks on TV, and talks about them nonstop. He even likes to pretend he’s a shark wherever he goes! However, there is one small problem. . . .

Nate can’t swim.

When his older brother points this out, Nate works hard to overcome his fears and learn how to blow bubbles, use a kickboard, and finally swim without help, as quickly and as gracefully as a shark. Will he be able to beat his brother in a swim tryout and get his bite back?

We also have exciting Deal News for #TeamBookEnds Client Linsey Miller:

Lastly, we’re excited to welcome these fantastic new authors and illustrators to the rank:
Authors: Norene Paulson, Sher-May Loh, Jennifer Malia & Ginny Wiehardt

Illustrators: Daniel Tarrant & Shafer Brown!

That’s it for April, but stay tuned in for more great news!

  1. Sounds like a book my Barbarians would have loved when they were young, and the cover would have had me picking it up off the shelf =)
