When I first met Molly Pink, she worked (if I remember correctly) in a health club. I immediately fell in love with her, but we couldn’t find a publisher who agreed. No one wanted to read about a health club sleuth they said. Years later, Betty and I were having a conversation about her newest idea, a crochet mystery. She had recently taken up the craft and had fallen in love with it. Since we both still loved Molly Pink we wondered if she needed a new hobby and profession. The Crochet Mysteries were born.
