Jessica, how does this work with your international clients? Are there options in these cases or is email really the only one (because of time differences and international call costs)?

Working with international clients is no different from working with authors inside the US. Okay, there’s one difference, we often have to schedule our phone calls for times outside typical office hours. Other than that there should be no difference in the author/agent relationship no matter where you live.
